We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in NYC. The position will provide support to the Corporate Administrative Team for the following tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Management of general administration: mailing, emailing, switchboard, filing and digital archiving
  • Management of relations with vendors and suppliers
  • Coordination and transmission of information to be processed by the administrative team based in Paris
  • Management of Human Resources: Recording of employee absences; Processing of Travel Expense Reports; Preparing new-hire packets and assisting with employee onboarding
  • Working closely with the Administrative team, marketing, sales and technical teams to support overall growth and success of the company

What are the qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of experience in an Administrative Department
  • French language skills a plus
  • This position requires the reception, processing and transmission of confidential information
  • This position requires thorough researching, processing and exchanging of  information
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to new conditions, management of multiple tasks at once, and working under tight deadlines
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and the ability to prioritize is a must
  • Ability to work both individually and within a team environment
  • Technically savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook required. Experience with ERP is a must

All work must be completed from the Manhattan-based office during regular business hours.
