Performed on a transaction, or holistic level, A2iA verifies the presence of all supporting information, determines a subject-matter, and routes the documents automatically to the appropriate workgroup or department.  For example, an incoming envelope could contain a check, forms, handwritten letters, and other supporting documents.  By analyzing both the layout and the content of these documents in relation to one another, A2iA DocumentReader could determine that this envelope is for a new mortgage application, and automatically route the documents to the appropriate department, saving hours of manual labor.
